RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted if the candle has a noticeable defect, for example broken/chipped jar or wick and before the candle has been burned. Please send photos of the damages to HollowedHelp@Gmail.com.

If your item is damaged during transit we will replace the damaged goods for free. Please send photos of the damages to HollowedHelp@Gmail.com.

Due to the nature of the handmade process we do not accepted general returns or exchanges.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

Unfortunately orders cannot be amended or cancelled once the item ships. Please make sure the creations in your cart are the ones your heart desires. 

SHIPPING

Please allow 3-5 business days for your creations to ship.

Once shipped, your package should arrive in an additional 3-5 business days.

At this time we are only shipping domestically in the US. We hope to be international soon!

ALLERGY INFORMATION

Please note, we do add raw organic coconut oil to all of our creations.
